Never even heard of Apex, we are looking into: Change, Tasia, Vyne….. We use Eaglesoft and it will no longer be compatible with NEA 🙁 I have only ever used NEA

Any luck with reimbursement? Still waiting to hear back on what I’ve filed. Botox website is super helpful, then the pt’s insurance had their own pre-d request form (Aetna) I printed a few for future use to save a step.
