    Oh yes! I always call to ask for a check when possible. My first office is completely off of credit cards and now I am working on my second office.
    I much prefer a check without fees! 🙂

    We have a three tier financial bonus plan for our treatment coordinators and a non financial bonus system for our entire office based on monthly collections.

    The problem I have personally experienced with bonus programs is they become expected and in some cases demanded by certain employee types that ruin it for everyone. We tried something last year that seem to work pretty well with most of the staff. We did a monthly collection bonus for the entire office that if the proper collections are received then the entire office gets $500 to go towards a fun event. It cannot be cashed out. So we have done mani/pedi, sip and paint, axe throwing, seaworld and unfortunately due to COVID we are all just saving the money. BUT the office has voted to put the pending money towards an office trip once it is “safe” to take one again!
    We expect our managers, supervisors and team leads to always be office champions and to keep everyone focused on patient care and keeping negative talk/attitude to a minimum when we can.
    I am also not a fan of “salesy” offices either so we do our best to make each patients experience streamlined while being tailored to the patient themselves. Its hard and I dont think there is any one way to do it!

    Hi there! We do not plan to make it mandatory. It should be the employees choice. But we are going to follow the same guidelines as the hospitals with flu shots. You don’t want the shot? No problem, we cannot force you to but you must wear a mask at all times when in the office without the vaccine (even after the mandatory masks are gone).
    From what I have seen most of our employees are going to do it. Our entire management team and team leads have gone out to get it thus far and hopefully the rest of the staff will not be too far behind.
